Yesterday I was brave at bodycombat and moved from the outter perimeter, in one "ring". This is a big step for me. I don't think I have ever ventured from the perimeter in any group class i have done EVER. I see myself keeping up with just about everyone there. I am also excited that on the Wii I have moved out of the OBESE into the overweight category. BMI 29--Bodyfat 36.

YAY Debbie! I have been doing the Zumba class at Lifetime and it is NUTZ! I love it but afterwards I feel like my body is falling apart! Is body combat like taebo?

I don't really know what taebo is. combat is jab, cross, hook, uppper cut, and wrist set to music...with front, side and back kicks, some jump kicks that i dont do. bag work low medium high...slow medium fast...squats lunges and then in the last 15 we do abs. I tried Zumba but i have no rythum or dancing skills.
