"The less you do the less you feel like doing..." (My mom's phrase).
Yesterday and before I had a few chocolate candies and bars, despite that, my activities and the rest of my meals were balanced so I could still be on the 'lower' side. But I don't like to see my numbers on the limit and I always would like to have a lower RDI, anything from 60 to 90 is very good!!! Well, even if it is 100% is fine, but if I can manage to lower the calorie intake will be more effective for me.

Still didn't move much. I feel tired all the time and my mom once said that "the less you do the less you feel like doing..." so I will try to start moving around, even if it is a few paces a day to motivate myself.
ENOUGH PROCRASTINATING!
