Hi guys--

Got a message from Bullytrouble wondering if I was okay, so I thought I would check in. Had a really busy 3 days home this week. Got home really late Friday night, then got up early Saturday to do a 10K(!) March of Dimes walk with my sister-- I didn't know how much that was, so after I walked the whole thing, I went home and looked it up and found that it was like 6.2 miles! It was good, though. My sister had triplets 4 years ago, one of which passed away at 28 days due to complications from being born 14 weeks early, which is why she does the walk, and it was so much fun to see the other two play and walk and just spend some time with them.

I also got to go out to dinner with my hubby, then played pool with a couple of friends. My friend turned me on to cranberry juice and vodka, so by the time we left at about 1 am, I was feeling good :) Don't do it much, so even though it probably sabbotaged my weight loss for the week (when I got home on Friday, my scale said I was down almost 5 pounds!), I still had a really good time!

Spent Sunday bowling, shopping, and at a girl scout meeting, then on to Monday which was filled with appointments starting at 8:30 am. Got up at 3:30 this morning to get ready for my trip back to the Bay-- will be here until Saturday morning. I'm going to try really hard to have a decent loss this week-- I only lost .8 pounds last week, so I would like to see over a pound this week.

vodka and cranberry juice is great thats what idrink i love it ... Well done on your walk hope you have a great week

Way to go walking the 10k! I love cranberry juice and vodka (and cosmos, too!). If you add a little lime juice, they call it a Cape Cod. And you can get the low cal cranberry juice (not quite as tasty as the regular) to cut calories if you feel inclined to make them yourself! Good luck with the weigh in this week!

lol I was just going to tell you the same as evelyn64 about the lite cranberry juice! lol Serious though, you've got to try the coconut vodka and sugar free calorie free carbonated waters (CHERRY). =D lol Glad that you are just busy.... what a nice long walk! Should make up for some of the juice! :) Have a great week! xoxo
