IT'S ON LIKE POPCORN NOW!!!

Yesterday was the light bulb, scary kick in the pants I needed for a long time now! I tried on the beautiful and very expensive clothes my sister bought from india for me for her upcoming wedding in September--and they didn't fit!! They wouldn't zip up and were even hard to pull up over my head once on!! This Is scary!!! I need to be able to fit in them in 2 months no matter what!! I need to lose atleast two sizes by then! So now the serious plan of dieting abd working out DAILY begins!!! NO CHEATING FOR EVEN ONE SINGLE DAY ANY MORE!! I'm not gna do the extreme lo-carbing but instead watch my calories carefully! Even if it means I have to eat the same meals daily for 2 months straight!! Gna eat only salads with low cal, low carb dressing, tofu stir fries, veggie patty and soy milk only! And fruits. And workout well everyday!! Treadmill and toning workouts using my iPhone apps, and add in atleast 3 days of additional outdoor walking. Lots of water. I'm nervous that it's still a risky proposition but while I'm away from home for 2 weeks, I'll try this plan out and see whether I can atleast lose 5-6 pounds by then and get down to 145 pds. I'm not even gna consider plan b and rush out to buy new clothes yet.

You can do it! apparently studies show that the key to weight loss is not variety but consistency. eating the same thing every day is a good thing... good luck!

You know how to do it, just find a way to keep you motivated! Do you have the clothes for the wedding visible? Maybe that'll do it!
