I notice everyone is writing down what they eat in a day...so here's my menu for today.

1st meal: 1 cup of cereal with skim milk and 1 orange
Snack: 100 calorie granola bar
2nd meal: 6 oz. low fat peach yogurt and 1 orange
Snack: 100 calorie oreo chips
3rd meal: 4 oz. turkey and a serving of lima beans
4th meal: 1/2 cup of brown rice and 1 serving of a veggie...haven't decided on veggie yet.

I went to my step class last night. I was hoping my hubby and I would go to the boxing gym after, but he got caught in Lafayette, LA last night so he wasn't able to come home. I got a good workout at the gym anyway. I actually got to bed before 11pm last night!! Oh yeah!! When the hubby is gone, I actually get to sleep early. He's a night owl and likes to watch t.v. late into the evening.
I'm thinking of dropping my goal weight to 130 lbs. I'm not sure yet. I want to see what happens when I reach 135 lbs. I have not been able to get below 140, so we'll see. I'm in a size 6/8 right now...depending on the cut of the pants. My size 6 Levi's are fitting very nicely right now...happy about that!!

Anybody have any good videos they've been doing lately? Let me know!!

Hey! The DVDs I'm doing aren't Billy Blanks - I tried those, but didn't really like them, although I figured I would b/c of the martial arts (I have a black belt). These are sort of similar, they have kicks, punches, are sort of dancey and I really like the instructor, she seems sincere and really tries to push you, but at the same time tells you if you need water get it and if you can't keep up with every rep yet it's ok. They're sort of expensive and I've never been able to find them at a Wal-mart or Target, although evelyn has, so maybe they do have them outside the U.S. It sounds like with all the boxing you're doing these would fit in nicely. There's quite a bit of them, and ebay has them for basically the same price. I went ahead and just ordered them off the beachbody.com website because I wanted so many and didn't want to have to figure out on ebay which I had ordered and things. But if you're doing one at a time you could probably order them that way! So if you go to the beachbody.com site and find "Turbo Jam Maximum Results" there's a little clip on there of one of the workouts. Let me know what you think!

Menu sounds sinfully good to me .. but of course, I am on Atkins, lol. I think you'll get below 140, you seem to be more motivated this go around!! It probably doesn't hurt that your hubby is dieting w/ you. That always seems to help when you have that "buddy system" at home!! Hugz to ya!! =)

You are awesome!!! I need to get that motivation back, I got to the gym last week and it felt great, now need to do it again! I had a training class today so didn't make it, but planning on tomorrow for sure! Thanks for always putting the bug back into my step!
