Well.... this is still working. I'm finally down enough weight that other folks are noticing. I'm still losing a steady two pounds per week. I'm impressed and very encouraged to think something this simple works.
So, I'm heading out to start our soup - which we have around 10 am, and looking forward to losing weight now when I want to. Even if things slip after I've reached my goal weight, I'm happy to think I can just go back to intermittent fasting and reach the weight I'm looking for.
Doing my squats is becoming much, much easier. I'm going to start incorporating my burpees and never, never stop. My crossfit workouts should be much easier to attain.
