well last night was fun but at the same time pure hell...i did well till about 11 pm then the kit kat and the aero got the best of me....i cant believe i let myself do that...and to top it all off on the way home from bingo i stopped for a cream cheese bagel and a coffee...the worst part is that i wasnt even hungry but i ended up getting it anyways....i have a tendancy to eat all the time weather i am hungry or not yet not too sure why....i dont want to regain the 61 pounds that i have lost and i want to get down to my goal weight...chocolate i have to give up...it makes me spazzy...i am always moody...cranky and yell at my kids and hubby all the time...when i was off it for 2 weeks as part of a bet it was the best 2 weeks ever...then TOM come and that whole no chocolate thing went right out the window...my goal for the rest of this week till weigh in day on thursday is NO chocolate...not even a little morsal taste....i will succeed

Good luck. I have the same weaknesses, and I know I have to try and avoid them, because once I start straying from my diet I go a little crazy with it (as evidenced by all the weight I have regained). Today is a new day though...put the transgression behind you, set your resolve, and move forward.

Oh, I can relate so much. I have to avoid chocolate because when I can't decide what I want, I buy 3 & of course eat them all. I can also eat constantly and I am not even hungry. I am trying to eat smarter and hopefully can stay on this for the long haul. Let's be buddies and try to overcome our cravings together. I am getting a little hungry right now but I am going to get on the treadmill & see if it will pass. Good luck.

Have you tried the WW chocolate? I love the mint patties. Just like a small York peppermint patty. I put them in the frig, I love them cold. I also like the pecan, carmel, just like a turtle. I do have to be careful, cause I can eat the whole bag if I do not hide them, so putting them in the frig works for me most of the time. Out of site, out of mind.

Well this might be late since I am just reading this tonite. I have to laugh. This sounds so much like me. I just ate a bowl of noodles and I haven't been counting points this week, yet and I know I wasn't hungry and I know that I am going to feel awful in the morning becuase I ate so late. What am I going to do with myself?
