All my hard work and dedication completely paid off in regards to my fitness evals for work.

Pushups and situps havnt really been an issue. I've been working on those for the past 6 months to max out on the test.

For the past month I've really been focussing on increasing speed and endurance for my run. So after calculating my ideal target mph average to get the time I wanted and could possibly and realistically achieve, I started hitting the treadmill every 5 days targeting 8 mph until I reached 1.5 miles. It worked.

Ab circumference aint easy. That's all diet and exercise. Even after the holiday I pulled off a 33 in at the top of the hip bones and across the belly button. Shweet.

The chart below shows my personal fitness history. The ups, the downs, the exemptions for my knee injury, but the top two are the ones to compare. Especially the run times. WOOHOO!! That deserves a self-pat on the back. And a big ass king arthur supreme pizza from round table in which I devoured last night as my prize for kickin ass. Booyaw!




*Cardio: 1.5 mile run / Pushups: for 1 minute / Situps: for 1 minute

thank you, thank you :D. Ya, when scoring below 90, testing is every 6 months. So hopefully when I test again next December (assuming the world doesnt end on the 21st this month haha) I'll have kept training and stayed on top of fitness. You guys definitely help with that motivation :)
