First day back in the real world of watching what I ate went well ~ started my meal prep but didn't get it finished, so I will do that tonight when I get home. I lost the first 40#nearly 2 years ago ~ still have 50 to go. Fell off the diet wagon due to a couple of cervical spine surgeries. But I am back ~ ready to do this. Doc wants to do the gastric bypass (for GERD & DDD, not weight)& I am so trying to avoid it. Husband is on board ~ which helps. Hoping to reverse the diabetes as well.

Cooked a corned beef for the hubs yesterday ~ I don't like corned beef, so I did seafood. Only chance I get to do it as he is allergic to shellfish. So lobster last night, shrimp tonight.

Going to the store after work ~ a couple of the pics posted on this board look divine & I am going to try them.
