day 95, just got back from my moring walk. i usually listen to walkman and some santana or something that is upbeat, but half way into walk, batteries in walkman gave ther all...and had to motivate myself with positive thoughts...blocks just seemed to disappear..as i walked my way home...now for breakfast..my 1/2 of cereal and bottle of water and then im headed to gym for a workout on eleptical and if i have enough energy the bicycle...gonna try and make this a routine, one day at a time...to make a habit..
