Good morning Terrapin 😀, how is your exercise routine going? I really tried to go back to sleep for one hour but I couldn't, so I got up at 2:55 AM . I took a little nap this morning. But I am still tired, I am in the park right now. 😐

Up at 3AM, back to sleep. Workouts this week were some lifting, a few progression sets, quite a bit of DB work, cycling, and walking. Naps are highly underrated. Longest cycle ride was 35 minutes, lifting sessions are short and intense with little to no rest between sets.

That is great, I hope you can see the results, right now I have been training like crazy and eating too, yesterday I took pictures of my belly's progress but my belly has not changed , so I didn't share it . 😁

What have you been doing for training? Cycling? Outdoor or stationery? Are you noticing other body parts tightening even if it isn't showing at your abdomen or stomach area? For me, I get 'puffy' next AM---> puffy "Little Diablo bumps". But if I eat a high sodium meal the night before then not so much puffy but a little fluffy.
