gooooooooood morning everyone..was outta town yesterday and had to eat at a buffet, but stuck to my original plan of only eating salad..and did just that...took the day off from exercise...it was hard not to get a few steps in once i got back home, but the scales are smilin this morning for all my continued actions...todays plan is to get a morning walk over with and then head back out to ride that bike to no where...talked to brian yesterday and he had told me he had a bike i could have when i decided i was ready...have put it off for a year from gettin it..i kept tellin myslf once i got down more in weight, i would ask for it...well yesterday i decided...it was time to get that bike and add it into my routine...i think its a 10 speed...so im looking forward to start seeing different scenery ...thought about the routes i could use for a ride...its a route i use to walk, but once i get the bike, i could ride it..an eventually add on to that...well...need to get up an moving...just really happy with myslf for sticking to my plan of only eating salad at the buffet yesterday and seeing that it paid off this morning...have a greattttttttttt day everyone....
