I took my measurments again and i'm down an inch and a half around my chest! not much change else where, i'll do an official measuring a month from my last one, June 27th.

I cannot beleive that i've lost 1.2 lbs in the last week! I guess my problem all along was cheating on the weekends! thats really the only drastic change i've made... unless dropping meat has made that big of a difference. But i really did used to go all out on weekends, every weekend, and then 'start fresh' on monday. I really was gaining back all of those calories i worked so hard to burn during the week.
The good news is, i know i can maintain that way :D LOL

Another breakfast Friday, and i allowed myself a treat today, i feel that i am ready to dable in the 'just a taste of this' game, and i did well.
The old me could NEVER control myself when it came to junk. One glass of chocolate milk lead to 2, one donut lead to 2 kolaches.
But not today. Today i had about 2 oz of the most delicious chocolate milk ever made (Promise Land) and a small kolache with most of the bread and cheese ripped off, just the sausage and a bit of bread.
And that was all, i was able to stop myself. And i'm not sitting here chomping at the bit, dying to go back for more. I just wanted a taste, and that was all i had, and i did good!

Here's to another succesfull weekend :D
