I can't stop maintaining. It's been an entire month of maintaining!!

It can be frustrating, can't it? I wasn't staying the same, I kept creeping up and I couldn't figure out why. I wasn't eating over my calories either. I was exercising too. It was like my body was saying woah there - we're shifting gears and the scale went up from it. Grr!!
