My sabotage system: As soon as I start loosing a bit of weight I think I'm already skinny enough and have some sweets and extras... It is terrible to notice that is exactly what happens to me!!! I will try to keep myself away from the nuts and sweets today. Nuts are delicious and amazingly healthy, but if eaten everyday can be a blast in calories and fat on your diet!!!

A hand-full a week should do, not a cup everyday!!!!
