OK, so I've been mia for a while. Life has thrown some curved balls - I lost my lovely dog Ollie, but had taken on a 12 month old black cocker spaniel that had spent most of his life in a crate. I had hoped to have the two together for some time but it wasn't to be. He's challenging to say the least, but very sweet. Grand daughter No. 1 has to have a big hip operation and Gd 2 a corneal transplant.
I've not been recording my food or weighing. Tomorrow morning will be the big reveal. I've eaten a (s)crappy diet and am feeling unfit. I don't think I've put on much weight......all will be revealed tomorrow.
