Okay, so I went way, way over my calorie limits today - but still managed to stay within my Carb limits, and I'm drinking a ton of water. I think I'll be at 144 oz. by the time I go to bed tonight.
I'm not happy with the calorie overload but I'm not going to beat myself up over it.
It's all a learning experience and basically, I learned that I need to allow myself some room for a snack or two or I'm going to freak out and go, "omg! I need something to eat!!"
Tomorrow will be better. The rest of this week WILL be better.
