Shouldn't have stopped by my mom's for lunch. All she had was junk food! I did manage to have some multigrain toast but Country Crock...are you serious!? The cheese curls and lemon cookies were delicious but not worth all that FAT! Not used to junk food. That's a GOOD thing!

It's funny how once you start looking at some of the food you use to eat and realize just how fattening they really are. It's a real eye opener. I remember grabbing one of those small bags of fritos for a snack. I was thinking that it's not too bad, it's really not a lot. Oh yeah it is! Just the fat alone is unreal. It was 7 WW points for me... that's a meal for me! Needless to say, I don't eat them anymore. :D
