I want to work these muscles but this machine feels awkward and I don’t feel like I’m doing it right. Any better machine or routine I could do instead????

Cable Pull Downs, but make sure you are leaning back.

See if the machine has adjustments for seat height and reach. Don't lean back or round your back. Sit up straight.

Thanks guys I googled your suggestions and I’m going to try the one arm dumbbell row and the straight arm lat pull down. Those look like they cover the majority of the back muscles 👍👍💪

This machine works the back and biceps. The flys, pushups and chest presses work the chest shoulders and triceps.

one arm dumbell work will hit it...rows usually
