I am on my second week, I am down 16lbs and I really don't see the difference yet but I sure feel it. I started walking with my son for an hour. I was very tired at the end of it but I did it. My only problem is that I still find it very hard to eat veggies.

16lbs - fantastic!!! Start with your favorites then try some new. Little at a time you'll start enjoying and finding ways to add veggies to your meals. :)

Deedora, you are doing fantastic. 16 pounds in 2 weeks is a great loss. And just keep trying to get your core veggies in. Sometimes it isn't easy, but you can do it. Eat salad and then pick your favorite veggies from the acceptable list and eat them. nd again, congrats on your success, including the walk. It is an amazing feeling, isn't it?
