Okay, today started off good. I had a good breakfast and nice snack. I just need to work on getting up early and maintaining energy throughout the day.

I know getting up early and feeling engergized is such a pain in the ass, lol... I can totally relate... coffee and me are like super mega best friends, but that's certainly not the healthiest way to get that energy hehe... I hope you find the best way for you to get that morning engergy :) by the way I read your profile, congrats on graduating from college, that's genuinly something to be proud of as is the weight that you've already lost :) keep up the great work, you Rock Girl! ::high Five::
