So proud of myself..Went to the movies with the family and I did not eat any popcorn nor candy!!! I wanted to but then thought about and decided it was not worth it. I took an Atkins shake with me and and snack bar and that's what I had during the movie. I also parked the car at the end of the parking lot to get in some walking.
