I am feeling great today, I can not get over how much I have lost already. I hope it continues. I thought it would be hard on the weekend but so far I am still focus and I am not cheating. It is hard having a family that is very skinny and eat everything but I am doing it, I am not letting that stop me. I have to do alot of running around today, I am off shopping and told my kids to eat something at home before we go out because I am not going to stop for any fast food. That is something I always did, so it will be a change but it will be worth it.
