DAY 319...GOOOOOD MORNING..EVERYONE!!! rain is here for today, and in the 50s...well today is weigh in day..gonna go to the gym after while and weigh in..gonna take a day off from exercise, get my batterys charged up again..today is a new day again for me to get my eating habits bck on track..i was lettin my carb intake get outta control..and im thinkin mabye thats why i wasnt sheddin the pounds like i should of been..so for the next 2 weeks gonna watch my carbs closer do a atkins induction or close to it..and see if that gets me going again in the other direction..and i thik that when you hit a place in the road, then you have to be willing to try new things to keep gettin to your goal..i still have almost 2 weeks to get to my may mini goal..and only 11 pounds to get off..so it will be cuttin it close..but anything is possible..i have a new outlook on this again..and as long as i go in the day before an set up my menu, then all i have to do the day of, is look and see what im havin for that meal..and stickin to it..HOPE EVRYONE HAS A GREAT DAY AND HAPPY WEIGH IN DAY FOR SEVERAL OF YOU!!!!!!

Well today is the first day of cuttin the carbs and i have to tell you at 830-900am..thats usually when i have a snack, my tummy started talkin to me, so went in an had a helpin of jello..sayin feed me..but i just kept pourin the water in and made it to lunch and waitin on that next jello fix..and then supper..well just got done with supper..im full..hope that feeling lasts for rest of the nite..hopefully jello will be set if i need a fix before bed tiem...lol

I think you are right on track - try something new to shake it up a bit. It is easy for the carb portions to sneak up on you - I have started my food journaling again ....and after a week I will assess it and see where I could make some improvements. For me it is really not about the food choices I make as much as it is about the protein portion sizes or that extra sprinkling of cheese! Let's both dedicate ourselves the next two weeks and see how our charts look then? I think I will WALK to the local coffee shop for my latte today - that is two miles round trip - might do me some good - I will be thinking of my buddy who walks all around Illinois - he puts my efforts to shame!
