Well, I did pretty good this weekend, considering all that has been going on in my life (I only seperated from my husband on 10/8/12). I have really done better than I thought. Its been hard, but I am holding my own. The main thing I have to work on is the drinking. I have never been a big drinker, only on social occassions. But in light of what has happened, I have been hitting the wine pretty good.
I am going to try to start working out this week. I really need to start doing something with myself and my time, something more constructive than just drinking and zoning out.
The good news is I have an appt this afternoon with an attorney. I need to find out where I stand legally and finanacially. Hopefully I can get alot of my questions answered. Well...wish me luck!!!!

Good luck!! Having gone through a divorce myself and seeing it compared to others I have seen I can tell you that a GOOD lawyer is key so make sure you get the answers you need to move on to another. I know what you mean about the drinking, I sat home many a night with a bottle of wine and the tv. Get out there and even just go for a walk, go to a book store (it's a get away for me, I love to look through), etc. GOOD LUCK!!

Divorce is tough been through that myself. It can be overwhelming at time, but you do get through it. Try picking up a hobby, something that you may have always wanted to try, but kept putting it off. My kids were very small so I had no time to do anything else but tend to my boys' needs and they kept me very busy in the evenings. Hope all works out for you :)
