Really TOM? Really?

I can't seem to shake it. I usually manage to lose a pound at least during this time, but this time is different.

I know I'm just crazy hormonal, but ugh. Frustrated. Once I have a drop, I'll be fine.

I'm not weighing myself until after it's gone. That's what I resolve to do.

Aw gee Alli ... I'm sorry your hormones are still raging!! UGH, UGH and triple UGH!!!! You are doing fine my dear ... just get through these next couple of days. I think you are wise to avoid the scale when feeling so icky!! Think of the wonderful way you'll feel when you record that next loss!!

Alli, lately when I've gotten my TOM it's taken me till a couple days -after- it ends to see that drop. Maybe it's just because I started paying closer attention. I felt like in the past I'd drop right away. But, yeah, I agree. Don't weight yourself for a few days. If you can help it.
