Day 1 yesterday of working out after a long haul was hard...did only 15 on the bike, and then 15 on the elliptical; and then 3 sets of weights for biceps, triceps, side and front shoulders. Did pretty well overall, including diet. Went to Trader Jo's and bought a whole bunch of interesting stuff, frozen roasted veggies, snacks (water crackers, hummus, laughing cow cheese), occasional treat food (frozen pizza, indian curries etc). I want to be prepared for all moods, and all events. And instead of seeking bad foods outside (chips, crackers, pizza, chinese), I can now have these controlled portions of cals that I know are in them.

Sounds like you are prepared. Wish we had a trader Joe here in Canada. Good luck on your SMART plan. Cheers!

Hey pat on the back for getting to the gym! What's there that's enjoyable so you can increase the amount of time? You said you like Zumba right? Go "zumba' your way over to the gym and work it out!

Good idea about having comfort food around the house for the high stress times. Keep going to the gym, you know it makes a difference!
