SO MAD!!!!! Finally went to the doc on Monday only to find out I have nasal cellululittis. Not that major of a deal, EXCEPT I am on antibiotics for 2 weeks AND a steriod. I stepped on the scale this morning and I am up 1.4 lbs. I have done NOTHING different. It has got to be this freaking medicine. Monday was my bday and while I did have chicken piccatta (big splurge), I didn't even eat 1/2 the portion and had 2 bites of the pasta. No bread, no cake, no nothing. It has to be the meds. I still have 9 days of meds. This is going to set me back a few weeks I just know it. So pissed off. I am so close to 30lb loss and we all know that every pound is a major thing. I now have to convince my mind that sabatoge is not an option. In my mind, if I am doing things 100% and gained a pound in 3 days, I might as well have a big fat burger and fries. Just so mad..... anyways, needed to vent. Going to go eat my small salad/fruit for lunch. The next week is going to be the biggest challenge for me yet. Had I known the meds would do this I would have had a piece of my bday cake Monday!!!! Dangit!!!
