Another Sunday...another 12 hour shift in work.. What joy..... ANyway, I'm feeling much more on track than I have been of late. I had a couple of slices of toast for breakfast and a subway salad for lunch. I have no idea what dh will make for dinner but he's well versed on WW points and it usually comes in around the 6 point mark.
I have been feeling much better since I did my yogalates DVD on Friday...I'll certainly be doing it again this week. Tomorrow I am having highlights in my hair(!) and then I have to do the supermarket, so I don't think I'll fit it in tomorrow but it will top of my to do list for Tuesday!!
I'm determined to come in with a good loss this week :) I'll be planning the wee's food either tonight or tomorrow....I made a delicious veg and lentil curry in the week so I think that will be back on the menu, as will the risotto. I bought the ingredients in for that last week and never got around to making it! Yummy!!!!
