Disappointed with my weigh in. Amazing how the numbers on the scale can negatively impact me to my core. Not quitting! I made some choices last week that did not help. I see the doctor this week. Maybe she can figure out what is wrong with my knee. I would love to add some physical activity, but my knee is so painful I can barely walk ugh. I am not going to let the numbers on the scale dictate my day. Onward and upward ☺
