My nighttime snacking problem is utterly ridiculous!!!!!

Oh my gosh, have you been gorging on Trefoils, too?!?! I only have two left in the box and I give them dirty looks whenever I pass... Ugh, May was a complete disaster for me - gaining and losing, but just hovering around the same weight. I'm trying to get back on track, too. We can do this - we've come this far! Nighttime is getting to be the worst for me, too. My plan is to be super strict and low cal during the day so that my evening munchies don't do too much damage. :/

Yeah, that box has been in my panty 3 months untouched, but I just had to go and open it last night. Now, I will probably have some each day so they don't get stale. That is my reasoning.

LOL. I am in a spot where I hardly ever have cookies or chips in the house. (Which annoys my husband but too bad.) When I do, I eat through the entire package till they are gone. I reason that it's better to do all the damage in a few episodes vs dragging it out over days and then letting one cookie or chip lead to a whole day of bad eating.

I have the same problem! I bought the 100 pack of microwave popcorn and it seems to be helping. Somtimes I'll even have two bags.

That's a good idea, the 100 cal packs of popcorn. Crunchy. I might give that a try. Thanks!

I max out on those 100 cal popcorn packs, as well as fiberplus bars and weight watcher ice creams. I really need to get those things out of my house hehehe, they are ruining my totals at the end of the day.

The 100 calorie packs of things help me stay in check, whether its popcorn or cookies or what have you. If it's the big package of girl scout cookies? Yeah those will be gone as soon as I open the sleeve lol. I also agree w/ beets, that it's better to get the damage over with!
