It's okay, Jessa. Use a measuring tape and take your stats. If you don't lose weight, you'll probably notice yourself losing inches. I sure wish I would have done that in the begining. But I could sure tell that my clothes fit better. My lovely back fat went first :-) Don't be sad, be happy that you finally made the decision to be healthy!
