I feel good that I see some improvement. I was a little upset before because i saw no change but i see a 1 lbs difference today (before the day I said i would look but o well) The only bad thing is I rewarded myself with a chicken breast and a biscuit from Popeye's! Ugh I love that place as fattening as it is im not one to deprive myself so I went for it. I didn't have a whole combo with the fries and stuff tho only a breast skin not eaten and half a biscuit. So that moderation and control another win. And Im still under my RDI for the day so that's 3 for me and weight gain 0! Lets go!
