Started AGAIN...

Well, this time, since I'm starting to work and my daughter is at nursery, I think I can focus some time to make good choices of food and also to drink more water!
And if I could have at least some discipline, start to walk at least 30 minutes everyday on the treadmill. Then increase next week to 45 minutes until I can get 1 hour everyday. I can make it!
