DAY 310..GOOOOD MORNING EVERYONE!!!! waitin on a storm thats coming thru today...59 outside right now..rain and more rain today or tonight..grass is gettin greener..along with the wild onions growin in the yard..lol..always smell good when you cut grass for the first time..if i can beat the rain this morning going to go for my morning walk..muscle behind my knee is feeling great today..tired to use the elliptical yesterday , but hurt to much to use it so thats why i was just on the bike..but feelin lots better ready to get bck to pushin the workouts and gettin into the 44s and bein able to move onto the next size..cant believe how fast im going thru sizes of pants anymore seems like about a month an im in a different size or close to it...but thats ok..means its comin off..guess im buildin muscle up and thats why its not showin on the scales..doesnt look like im gonna hit my mini goal for may ahead of schedule this time, less it comes off quick..but long as im loosin inches i can keep my drive going...EVRYONE HAVE A GREAT DAY!!!! AND KEEP MOVIN THAT BODY!!!! ITS GONNA PAY OFF FOR YOU!!!!!

ADDON: no walk again today..been 4 days since i went for a morning walk..its rainin today, one of them slow soakin rains..we dont need it..grass is floatin now..o well..so did 2x30 min on bike and then another 10 min on bike..gonna do ab crunches this afternoon for an afternoon workout..not sure what else yet..

Such an inspiration! GREAT on continuing the force to be reckoned with!! Wild onions in the yard?? lol I'd be plucking them and putting in pots or a flower bed for later harvesting. lol I've never heard of wild onions growing in a yard! I'd be getting hungry mowing that! lol

Good afternoon!!! I think your rain storm is going to turn in my MN snow storm for later this evening. Eventhough you didn't get your walk in you DID get your body moving on the bike. Hang in there and take care of that knee teammate!!!
