Holding steady on 118...work is still busy and I love controlling my breakfast and lunch. Today, I divided this in half: Two butter fried scallops, a salmon portion, 2 fried eggs, and a low carb bag of steam fresh vegetables YUM!!!! Plus my keto coffee. I feel so very sharp minded and clear in thoughts on this way of eating. Yes, the RNY took it off, now keto is keeping it off. I feel like I eat like a queen! Thank Jesus every day...
