524 here: 197g of chicken breast, an apple, 300g salad, dried nuts ,jalapeno,black eye peas,etc. +137 from a snack

Low in calories, I know and that's the purpose, I consumed a lot of calories on Monday and Tuesday. My plan is to have a calorie deficit until Christmas

Mmm yum! But dont be afraid to raise the cals a lill. You still need energy!

Thank you hungo lo and CrashtestDawnie, I want to close my week with Daily average of 1700 calories as I know that I will eat more on the weekend I am doing the 5:2 diet . 500-700 calories yesterday and tomorrow

661 calories total yesterday, in the picture it looks like too little, but actually it was a big bowl of salad . Today I am eating more than 1000 calories but lest than 1700 . I got to do the math , it's the only way my diet works 😀
