After a few days "off" on vacations with my beau I went out again today. Luckily being with him means i'm still doing active things, like city tours, or going to the gym with him, or canoeing, etc. So i wasn't just laying around. But was able to go out today and do my interval workout again today. Increased it from 30 min walk/ 30 min jog to a 30 min walk/ 40 min jog. Felt good! Now salad for lunch; feeling great again.
Will record a weigh in this weekend when i'm at my parents' house since my scale has broken here.
