Yep...it happened. I went to the surprise birthday party on Saturday night.....I ate cake..amoung other things. I drank a bit too much....but it was a 50th surprise birthday party for a wonderful friend of mine...and I turned 50 as well. So we were partying together. The next morning....I got back to where I needed to be....as far as my diet goes. I will say this about my way of life now..I eat low-carb...and lost the frumpy weight that I used to carry... and I looked good on Saturday night. Especially when I ran into my old boyfriend and looked better than his wife!!!!!!! Is that cool or what? I am very proud of myself. That right there is a magor motivator to keep this way of life up....because my old BF is a HUNK!!!!!! I probably won't see that guy again .... and that really shouldn't matter....but it feels great to know I look good and I surely feel good. I wish this feeling for every one....
