Well, despite the buffets and the epic failed challenge in week 4 of no doughnuts...I managed to lose 2 pounds. I stayed within my calories, (for the most part) and continued to exercise (mostly every day), doing a different routine each time to switch it up and keep it interesting.
Going to a Memorial Day Weekend picnic in a couple hours. I do plan on eating the food and I'll try my best to keep it reasonable. I know I have to come back here and track it!
I may pay for this weekend in my next weigh-in. Stay tuned! :)
