My first Weigh-in on Fatsecret...and I lost 5.1 pounds! so excited! With taking fertility medication, I wasn't really sure what to expect. I struggled with wanting to weigh myself all weekend just to see what progress I may have made….but talked myself out of it, because I really want to just get in the habit of weighing myself once a week, and not become obsessed with the scale. My husband and I were talking this morning about what we would change in our lives so we weren’t such a yo-yo with our weight. We’ve decided to set a “tickler” for ourselves…and once we get down to our goal weights…that if we see ourselves gaining 10-15 pounds, that once we hit that mark, we go back on being strict (in the past, we’ve always just ignored that we were gaining, and the next thing we knew, it was 50-60 pounds heavier and we were having to buy new clothes because we had thrown out our other higher size clothing with the last weight loss saying we wouldn’t ever need those again…NO MORE!)

My hubby (gbags) also weighed in and lost 5 pounds! (Yaaaay honey!). Its great having him as my biggest supporter and losing weight along with me…he rocks! =)

I really like recording my meals (keep up the site at work so it’s a quick easy entry), because it’s like a double check to my regular counting of points. I find that the points on the site appear to be slightly higher calculated through the site, than if I were to figure it out with my WW points finder. Has anyone else encountered this?

The weekend wasn't too bad, we even went to Bugaboo Creek with friends and made the right choices...and didn't feel like we were deprived =). Also went to Costco…and picked up fruits, veggies…and even frozen tilapia and individual chicken breasts. Be careful with that though, because the packages are deceiving! They lead you to believe that the ounces in the sealed portions are pretty close to the 4oz for each filet is…but they aren’t. We weighed some out of curiosity...and they were closer to 7oz each.
