So I ate carbs @ night and I woke up 1lb lighter? Crazy but I love it.

Protein- 205g
Carbs- 216g
Fat- 58.5g
187.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 12.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
