Here I am again. I was doing so well last time I was on here.
Then I fell and hurt my back, so been hobbling around the
last year, and gaining weight.
I'm getting Epidural shots now which is helping.
Think I overdid the exercise, and the eating on my first day tho.
Will Power, Will Power, where art thou?
Got to keep me away from the chow.
