So we went on vacation for the holiday weekend and you know, I was very good. I hardly had anything to eat on Friday during the day so we could have a nice meal at dinner. We split 4 appetizer and I had one drink (cranberry/vodka). On Sat I had a half a Larabar and at the game I had one hotdog and a diet coke. At dinner we split two apps and 1 entree and shared a dessert. Otherwise the rest of the week I was on program. I came home and weighed 180.5 - really? So I've been on program and actually we started an herbal cleanse last wed. . . yet I'm only at 178.5.
VERY frustrating!!
