AmyCoulon's Journal, 23 May 2010

Well, finally got the household finances in order, and it wasn't in quite as bad shape as I thought it'd be. Although, being the nightowl that I am, I was up until 4 am working on it. Being that I was artifically awake from caffeine, I was tired but just didn't feel it. So I ended being "snacky" as jenju calls it. :)

I slept late this morning since my mom had the kids overnight. So my schedule is off today and I feel very blah. I did some damage control and did a 30 min workout, but it was bland and I just went thru the motions. Although I suppose "going thru the motions" is better than no motion at all. :)

Oh but what a relief to have that taken care of. It's been looming over my head since we moved into our house in Nov 2009. So now I feel like I can finally move forward, in terms of really getting settled into our new home, yea!

A new home is an overwhelming experience. Exciting and terrifying! One night of snackiness is ok, especially when working on such a project...the body needs fuel after all!

Yeah you're not kidding. It was a bit of an upgrade for us, as our previous home was very very small and much easier to keep up with.

Good job taking care of those pending matters that are so often hard to face. Nice drops on the chart. You are on you way to the 140s!

Thanks info. I'm actually only shooting for 150. Then what I really need more than to lose any more weight, is to get in shape and toned up. It's been about 3 years since I've done any regular exercise and gravity has not been kind. I know that those kinds of improvements take even longer than the weight loss itself, so I will be patient. :)

Amy you are doing FANTASTIC! Knowing that you've got all this other stuff going on while trying to get healthy is really admirable. Good for you!
