You have to find the right eating plan for YOU! Sometimes it's not that easy to find what is best, until you try it! Keep up the great work, you can DO IT!

The diet calendar here now has WW points... so if you do change, you might find that useful. Great to be on the same team... so happy travelling to you... let's go adventuring and have a fantastic Easter weekend!! ;o)

Finding the right eating plan is like finding the perfect shoe. Sometimes you have to try a lot of different ones on and even walk around in them for a while before you notice if they "pinch" here or "rub" there. But if you keep looking you will find the "shoe" that fits just right. Maybe the Weight Watchers shoe is the right shoe for you. Walk around in it for a while and see how it feels!

You've done so well so far, good job! You must be doing something right. Perhaps Weight Watchers would fit you well, I find it easy to follow and it's about learning how to eat properly. Give it a shot, what have you got to lose, except pounds? Good luck!

Hey there, check out "I can make you thin" with Paul McKenna if you can. I have been doing this all week and it seems to be working and really makes sense. It's on tomorrow night again dealing with emotional eating. I have done WW too and it was good but I found it very hard to stay in my points and I was hungry. So far I am finding the most enjoyment with food in following his rules and am eating much less. You've done a great job so far and I know you will keep it up!

I think WW is great. It works with my lifestyle because you're not limited to anything. Maybe right now in your "living" situation it would work and then you can always switch after things settle down.
