Breakfast Buffet....ugh!

I will NEVER do that again!!! I can't believe I ate so much. I'm so mad at myself. *sad*

Buffet + Dieters = Very very bad :) It's really hard to stay to your diet, your meal plan, when you go to a buffet. I avoid them at all costs. If I know I'm going to one, I'll plan ahead. Eat lighter earlier in the day or workout extra for the week to make up for the extra calories. What's done is done, just keep moving forward. One slip up isn't going to ruin your diet. :)

It is very hard not to over eat at a buffet. I swear I hear them yelling my name when I am there. I eat when I am not even hungry if the food is there. I even measure and cook only what I should eat when I am at home or I over eat at home too. Leftovers cause a lot of trouble:-/
