DAY 292..GOOOOOOD MORNING ALL FS BUDDIES!!!!! temp out this morning is 41, wind chill 32..a great temp for a morning walk..only got in 7308 steps yesterday..but ther are days like that..TODAY STARTS THE NEW "AROUND THE WORLD IN 42 DAYS CHALLANGE" gonna go for my morning walk, gonna start walking a new route, thinkin mabye my body needs a new route to walk..ive been walkin the same one for several months now..and usually walk it in the same amount of time or some days faster..so gonna add a few more blocks on today and see how it goes..should make it around 3.5 miles..not sure till i drive it later in the suv..then this afternoon will do some kind of a workout on the floor..just something to keep my metabolism workin thru out the day....

ADDON..added a few more blocks onto my morning walk today..not sure how far it is for sure..gonna have to drive it an see..i actually got to hear all the cd today..lol..took 57min for my morning walk, about 15 minutes or so more then usual..and i usually walk a mile in 17 minutes or some days faster..so im anixous to see how far i walked today..will walk this route for a month or so..an then add more on..gotta keep challanging my body..

MINI GOALS TO FOCUS ON FOR MINI GOAL IN MAY!!
1. FOCUS ON WORKING OUT HARDER - PUSH THE WORKOUTS!!!
2. CHECK THE LABELS CLOSE AND EAT HEALTHIER FOODS - CUT OUT THE PROCESSED FOOD
3. LOOK AT YOUR SUCCESS, FROM WHEN YOU FIRST STARTED..
4. CHANGE THE NEGATIVE TO POSITIVE!!!!
5. FOCUS! FOCUS! FOCUS ON THAT MINI GOAL!
6. IMAGINE YOURSLF AT YOUR FINAL WEIGHT! SEE IT IN YOUR MIND!!
7. WATER, WATER, WATER, GET YOUR DAILY WATER INTAKE!!!!!
8. KEEP THE BODY MOVING SO YOU CAN BURN THE CALORIES!!!!
9. USE FS FOOD JOURNAL, SO YOU CAN SEE THE NUMBERS TO KEEP BETTER TRACK OF YOUR EATING!!
