Already dug in! I was a bad girl this morning. It was an emotional morning. TOM is coming. Nearly cried when Starbucks handed me my coffee full of milk. At Panera I got another shot of espresso AND a bagel. But only a bagel 👍

No I don’t! A splash is nice but I hate lattes and that is how they made my coffee. 2 shots of espresso magically turned into a 6oz full cup 😩 I’ve only ever had cappuccinos at the French bakeries. They don’t make it like that. And Starbucks photo of their cappuccino looked nothing like my drink so I think they just made it bad 😩😩😩 which crushes my soul!!

yep you have all the time in the world to pace yourself and have your little treats new thing adjusting to having all those things as long as you pace yourself

Yes I will eat cookies after dinner today (hopefully not too many). I’m trying really really hard not to eat EVErything 😅 all at 1 time.
