Well today is the restart of a healthy me I am currently down 20 pounds from an all time high of 236 but I have been slacking off the past month so will be getting back on track.
I have also purchased a diet pill called DEX-C20 Advanced by Delmar Labs purchased at GNC for $39.99 but was on sale for $34.99 for 1 month supply it is supposed to suppress hunger and you take 2 pills total per day 1 pill an hour before lunch and 1 pill an hour before dinner after seeing it on my local tv news channel the Doctor that is working for the company says it takes 3 to 4 days to kick in. I am planning to only take 1 pill for dinner since dinner is always my weak spot. I took one today for dinner and I felt sleepy but I did not overeat but since it is day one I will not know the total effects untill a few more days of taking the pill.
I walked 2 miles today on the treadmill and drank my 8 glasses of water.
